We provide services to you subject to the notices, terms, and conditions set forth in this agreement. Besides, you will obey the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such services before you use them. We reserve the right to change this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
Before proceeding, please read this agreement because accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site indicates your agreement to all the terms and conditions in this agreement.

You shall not upload, distribute, or otherwise publish through this Site any Content, information, or other material that
(a) includes any bugs, viruses, worms, trap doors, Trojan horses, or other harmful code or properties;
(b) is libellous, threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, pornographic, discriminatory, or could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under the laws of the UK or the laws of any other country that may apply; or
(c) violates or infringes upon the copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of any person.
www.thecustomerist.com may give you an account identification and password to enable you to access and use certain portions of this Site. Each time you use a password or identification, you are deemed to be authorized to access and use the Site in a manner consistent with the terms and conditions of this agreement, and
www.thecustomerist.com has no obligation to investigate the source of any such access or use of the Site.

By accepting these Terms of Use through your use of the Site, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18 years old please use this Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement, hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the Site by displaying it on your Internet browser only for the purpose of shopping and not for any commercial use or use on behalf of any third party, except as explicitly permitted by www.thecustomerist.com in advance. Any violation of this Agreement shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to you.

Unless explicitly permitted by our company in advance, all materials, including images, text, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, programs, music clips or downloads, video clips and written and other materials that are part of this Site (collectively, the “Contents”) are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may not make any commercial use of any of the information provided on the Site or make any use of the Site for the benefit of another business. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if we believe that customer conduct violates applicable laws or is harmful to our interests.
You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise exploit this Site or any portion of it unless expressly permitted by our company in writing.

You will be solely responsible for all access to and use of this site by anyone using the password and identification originally assigned to you whether or not such access to and use of this site is actually authorized by you, including without limitation, all communications and transmissions and all obligations (including without limitation financial obligations) incurred through such access or use. You are solely responsible for protecting the security and confidentiality of the password and identification assigned to you. You shall immediately notify www.thecustomerist.com of any unauthorized use of your password or identification or any other breach or threatened breach of this Site’s security.
The Customerist are a service. We provide a design service and printing service. We do not print all of our prints ourselves; we do use other suppliers to provide High quality products. By ordering you acknowledge that you are aware of this.

Designs and Images:

-We shall try to meet your colour requirements where files are submitted in CMYK format in respect of the Products. You accept that variations in colours are inherent within the printing process for files submitted. You also understand and accept that computer hardware set ups are such that we cannot guarantee that the Product colours will match those displayed on your computer screen during the ordering process. This is due to the fact that computers use RGB colours and printers use CYMK colours. 
-The quality of images sent to us are not our liability. If an image or design is sent to us in low quality we cannot guarantee a decent print, so please try and send a good image to us.
-Logos with small text for stickers may not print properly. Please ensure you are aware of the size you are purchasing and the material. Uncoated Matt sticker paper soaks ink and therefore cannot do crisp small text. If you need any advice or recommendation, please contact us.
-Any foiled items are usually hand done and therefore may have imperfections. By purchasing you are aware that some stickers can contain imperfections and you are okay with that.
-Translucent packaging paper and clear stickers are both somewhat see through and therefore colours printed on these can be duller occasionally. We recommend sending the highest quality images. We do our best to ensure a good print and therefore will increase saturation if necessary to produce a better outcome on these materials.
-Our tolerance is ± 2mm for most of our print items. Some items like A6, A5, A4 flyers and cards can be ± 3-4mm tolerance.
-Please note white ink cannot be printed. Usually the 'white' on a page comes from the paper itself. Therefore, items like our translucent packaging paper, where the paper is translucent and not white, the images with white in them will show up as translucent. In addition, we offer white ink printing on specific items like clear stickers, but this will significantly increase the cost of your item as well as may set a minimum order quantity.

Orders & Delivery:

When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:
· Royal Mail Second Class. Delivery can take up to 6 working days
· Royal Mail First Class. Delivery can take up to 3 working days
· First Class Signed For. Delivery can take up to 3 working days
· Special Delivery By 1pm. Delivery can take up to 2 working days.
For larger packages we may use services such as Royal Mail 48 & 24, we may also use services such as DHL, DPD, Parcelforce & UPS depending on the size of the package.
-Any damages caused by our couriers are not under our liability; however, we will claim compensation from them and ensure your goods are re-printed once we receive the compensation from the couriers - you must notify ww.thecustomerist.com within 2 days of receiving your goods to state the damages.
-We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.
-Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and bank holidays.
-You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase.
-You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
-The Customerist due to the volume of orders processed, are unable to guarantee any delivery dates; so if you have an urgent deadline, please ensure you check with us if turnaround will be at all possible.
-The earliest date we can claim against the Post Office for non-delivery is 15 working days from the date of despatch. We cannot process a reprint before this time. You should notify us if your goods have not arrived after 15 working days.
-We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.
-Minimum order amount may apply to some of our items in which case you will be required to purchase minimum quantity to place an order.
-Refunds will not be given for delayed deliveries, unless under certain circumstances, 
-We do not accept returns or cancellations as goods are made per order and supplies may be bought to satisfy such orders.
-The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
-The price of any Products will be as quoted on our page, except in cases of obvious error. 

Missing items:
-order with 5-10 (depending on quantity) cards missing will not be reimbursed
-orders of 20+ sticker sheets with 1-2 sheets missing will not be reimbursed
-orders of Packaging Paper with 1-5 sheets missing will not be reimbursed
-orders of 10m+ of ribbon with 1-50cm missing will not be reimbursed
Other items included in this as well. If you feel you are missing any items, please contact us immediately and we will see what we can do to help.

 

Sales and Discounts:

-All free shipping is standard shipping only. Despite what service is selected, free shipping is only standard shipping. This is usually royal mail first class, or similar. 

-Sales and Discounts do happen regularly. Usually, sales only last for a short period and you must purchase and pay for your order in that time.
-Two sales or discounts cannot correlate with each other; For example, you cannot have additional discounts on fiver Friday items.
-Sale prices are also limited to that period, and when you repurchase, prices may be different if they are back to normal.
-Discounted prices do not apply to postage prices unless stated otherwise.
-We reserve the right to cancel any discounted orders, for whatever reason, when necessary.

Foot Notes:

-Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless The Customerist and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site/page or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

-The Customerist and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.

-The services will be paid for in full when the services are ordered.

-These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods and services that are displayed on our site/page at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods and services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods and services we provide. You agree to purchase goods and services from our Site/page at your own risk.

-Our Site may offer goods and services from third parties. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of goods and services made available by third parties on our site about we do our best to make sure you receive the best quality available.

-These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site/Page.

Designs

All FREE designs made by us for you (the client) are property of thecustomerist, and therefore are owned by us. These designs can therefore be edited as needed  by us, or used in other clients designs (with the obvious exception of your artwork, photos, logos). By purchasing you acknowledge that you are happy with this. 

All brand package designs include sketches. All sketches that have not been selected by you to be made into a logo, remain the property of thecustomerist. These sketches may then be used for other clients if and when needed. You do not own the rights to these sketches. By purchasing you acknowledge that you are happy with this.
