Roughly 3.4cm circle shaped chocolates. They are salted caramel honeycomb crisp chocolates. 

One side has your design/logo on gloss stickers. Other side can have any social details for an extra cost or it can be left un-stickered. 

Available in sets of 10, 25, 50, 75, 100 or 250 chocolates. 10-25 are sent with first class royal mail, and 50-250 are sent with tracked 48 by royal mail. 

We are not responsible for any melted chocolates during transit to you. We recommend placing these in the fridge for a short while before using, as summer is approaching. 

Ingredients: Milk Chocolate 84.7% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, lactose (MILK), whey powder (MILK), emulsifier: SOYA lecithin), Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Caramel Flavour, Salt, Raising Agent: sodium bicarbonate.

Milk Chocolate contains: Cocoa solids 32% minimum, milk solids 14% minimum.

Allergy Advice: For allergens see ingredients in BOLD CAPITALS. Also, may contain nuts.

How to send us your Designs & Images

To send us your designs, please email them to: contactthecustomerist@gmail.com

Please ensure they are according to the above design specifications.

For Business cards, we have a choice of 6 designs. This is if you are not providing a design. Once an order is placed we will contact you with the relevnt form to fill out. If you've asked for a custom design prior to ordering, we will send you the relevant form for that.

Returns & Cancellations

Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours, except our speed despatch items. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a replacement or refund as preferred. This process can take 5-10 Working days as we have to get into contact with the delivery company.

If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out!

All items, except our pre-made small business collection, are custom made, and therefore we do not except returns for those unless they are incorrect, or damaged beyond use. Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs if a return is required for our small business collection items.

We do not issue the refund if:

● your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (35 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

Shipping

Our current despatch time is between 8-12 working days

Shipping time varies from 1-5 working days. We use various shipping companies dependant on the package size, shape, weight and volume.
