What is gloss coated paper?
Gloss coated paper has a smooth glossy feel. The paper is bright white in colour and when printed on creates rich vibrant colours. The paper is also shiny.

What is regular paper?
Regular uncoated paper has a smooth papery texture to it. The same as a plain piece of printer paper, just smoother and slightly thicker. It is not shiny as gloss paper and is a regular white colour.

What is silk paper?
Silk paper is a soft feeling almost matt like paper (i.e. it feels like silk). It has a soft shine and slightly rich, vibrant colours. It is usually the standard for flyers.

What is gsm?
Gsm means grams per square meter. This refers to the papers density and thus relates to the weigh/thickness of the paper. This means that 120gsm regular paper and 120gsm gloss coated can feel slightly different in thickness. It also means that these can be a similar thickness to 150gsm silk paper due to being less dense.

Free Fully Custom Basic Designing is included on all flyer orders. We will contact you once your order is placed. If you'd like to send your own design, please make sure it is according to the below specifications (these specifications are only for A6 Flyers). Thank you!


How to send us your Designs & Images

To send us your designs, please email them to: contactthecustomerist@gmail.com

Please ensure they are according to the above design specifications.

For Business cards, we have a choice of 6 designs. This is if you are not providing a design. Once an order is placed we will contact you with the relevnt form to fill out. If you've asked for a custom design prior to ordering, we will send you the relevant form for that.

Returns & Cancellations

Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours, except our speed despatch items. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a replacement or refund as preferred. This process can take 5-10 Working days as we have to get into contact with the delivery company.

If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out!

All items, except our pre-made small business collection, are custom made, and therefore we do not except returns for those unless they are incorrect, or damaged beyond use. Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs if a return is required for our small business collection items.

We do not issue the refund if:

● your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (35 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

Shipping

Our current despatch time is between 8-12 working days

Shipping time varies from 1-5 working days. We use various shipping companies dependant on the package size, shape, weight and volume.
