THESE ARE SOLD ON SHEETS, THEY ARE NOT INDIVIDUAL STICKERS. (Please contact us for Die Cut Labels)
Available in materials; Matt Paper (uncoated), Gloss Paper and Recycled Paper, with full colour printing using high quality Inkjet Canon Printers. Printed on A4 Sheets and cut to shape using our Cricut Machine. Can be any shape you'd like. The size shown/selected would be the length of the longest side (e.g. if you have a rectangular image, then the longest side would be the chosen size).

Quantities shown are NOT in label amounts, but rather sticker sheets. Other sizes are available by messaging us or emailing us.

Our Matt Paper stickers have a smooth surface and are uncoated. They are more like plain paper material if you want to understand what they look/feel like. Usually not recommended for very small text as the material is uncoated and therefore absorbs the ink, resulting in a very small unnoticeable bleed, which is more noticeable with smaller text.
Our Recycled Paper stickers are made using FCS certified recycled paper. They are printed using one of our inkjet canon printers. These have a matt textured feel to them and are uncoated.
Our Gloss Paper stickers have a bright shine to them and when printed create rich, vibrant colours. They have a gloss coating on them and are printed using our inkjet canon printer.
We are not responsible for any low quality images provided to us or any images that are wrongly shaped. We try our best to align them as accurately as we can but take no responsibility.
We aim to have them dispatched within 8-11 working days, we dispatch most of our parcels with first class royal mail postage in the UK (Due to COVID-19 there can be delays so please be patient when receiving you package)
This item is made to order so unfortunately we don't except any returns/refunds or cancelations. Any issues with your order or package please contact us ASAP.
Screens use RGB colour schemes whereas printers use CYMK. Therefore, please note that once printed, colours of stickers may look slightly different to that on your screen.

How to send us your Designs & Images
To send us your designs, please email them to: contactthecustomerist@gmail.com
Please ensure they are according to the above design specifications.
For Business cards, we have a choice of 6 designs. This is if you are not providing a design. Once an order is placed we will contact you with the relevnt form to fill out. If you've asked for a custom design prior to ordering, we will send you the relevant form for that.

Order Cancellation
All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours, except our speed despatch items. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a replacement or refund as preferred. This process can take 5-10 Working days as we have to get into contact with the delivery company.
If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out!
All items, except our pre-made small business collection, are custom made, and therefore we do not except returns for those unless they are incorrect, or damaged beyond use. Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs if a return is required for our small business collection items.
We do not issue the refund if:
● your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (35 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

Our current despatch time is between 8-12 working days
Shipping time varies from 1-5 working days. We use various shipping companies dependant on the package size, shape, weight and volume.
